After Democrat silence on “all things Jeffrey Epstein” for several years, suddenly that is virtually the ONLY topic of the day for them and their legacy media allies, especially CNN and MSNBC. Never mind that President Trump broke protocol on 22 July and accused Barack Hussein Obama of treason, alleging he led a "coup" to undermine the 2016 presidential election by manufacturing evidence of Russian interference.
These accusations were based on a report by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, who claimed Obama administration officials engaged in a "treasonous conspiracy” by tossing an Intelligence Community Assessment that concluded otherwise and generating a new one without evidence in the weeks before Trump was inaugurated in January 2017 that claimed Russia did indeed interfere in the election of Trump’s behalf.
And yet the Democrats and sycophants in the media are ignoring the bombshell evidence present by Gabbard proving the unprecedented sedition coordinated by a sitting US president against his successor while doubling down on a long-running sex scandal that they ignored for years until politically convenient.
What gives? Are Americans going to fall for another Democrat-media hoax and false narrative again? Do we all have Stockholm syndrome because we’ve been psychologically conditioned to believe all the Democrat lies since the Clinton era?
Let’s examine the issue.
THE EPSTEIN CHRONOLOGY
Jeffrey Epstein was a well-connected American financier who ran in celebrity circles and rubbed elbows with the political elite over the years. He amassed significant wealth and influence, associating with various high-profile figures, including politicians, celebrities, and business leaders. He was accused of running a sex trafficking and abuse network involving underage girls. He allegedly lured minors to his properties in New York, Florida, and elsewhere, where they were sexually exploited. His wealth and connections reportedly helped him evade severe consequences for years. Eventually, he was tried and allegedly committed suicide while incarcerated.
Here is a timeline that focuses on major legal, investigative, and public developments associated with Epstein. As you can see, it has been long-running affair.
July 2006: Epstein is arrested by Palm Beach Police on state felony charges of procuring a minor for prostitution and solicitation of a prostitute. A Palm Beach County grand jury, hearing from only one accuser, indicts him on a single count of solicitation of prostitution. The FBI opens a federal investigation ("Operation Leap Year") into Epstein’s activities.
2007: Federal prosecutors in Miami, led by U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta, prepare a 53-page federal indictment but negotiate a plea deal with Epstein’s legal team, including Alan Dershowitz and Ken Starr. The deal halts the federal investigation and grants immunity to Epstein and unnamed co-conspirators.
June 2008: Epstein pleads guilty in Florida state court to one count of solicitation of prostitution and one count of solicitation of a minor for prostitution. He is sentenced to 18 months in jail, serves 13 months (mostly on work release), and is released in July 2009. He registers as a sex offender and pays restitution to identified victims. The non-prosecution agreement is kept secret from victims, sparking later controversy.
2009–2018: Epstein resumes his lifestyle, maintaining connections with high-profile individuals. Victims, including Virginia Giuffre, pursue legal action to void the non-prosecution agreement and hold Epstein accountable. The Miami Herald’s 2018 investigative series exposes the leniency of Epstein’s 2008 plea deal and identifies approximately 80 victims, reigniting public and legal scrutiny.
July 6, 2019: Epstein is arrested at Teterboro Airport, New Jersey, on federal charges of sex trafficking of minors and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking, related to activities between 2002 and 2005 in New York and Florida. The indictment alleges he abused dozens of underage girls, some as young as 14, and paid victims to recruit others.
July 12, 2019: Alexander Acosta resigns as Trump’s Labor Secretary amid public backlash over his role in Epstein’s 2008 plea deal.
August 10, 2019: Epstein is found dead in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York while awaiting trial. Authorities determine his death to be suicide by hanging, though irregularities (e.g., missing security footage) fuel conspiracy theories.
2021: Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s associate, is convicted in December 2021 of sex trafficking and related charges for recruiting and grooming underage girls for Epstein. She is sentenced to 20 years in prison in June 2022.
FROM SILENCE TO FULL-THROATED EXPLOITATION FOR POLITICAL REASONS
From 2005 through 2018, Democrats were relatively quiet during Epstein’s initial investigation and plea deal, possibly due to his ties to figures like Clinton, Bill Richardson, and other big-name Democrats and their donors. Condemnation was more implicit, through support for victims or criticism of judicial leniency (e.g., Acosta’s plea deal). After all, there were lots of stories about Epstein flight logs featuring the Clintons and other Democrats that they did not want to draw attention to during those years. Who knew for sure what might be uncovered?
Epstein’s 2019 arrest and death, coupled with the Miami Herald’s exposés about Epstein’s sexual escapades and pedophilia, prompted stronger Democratic responses, focusing on systemic failures and victim advocacy. By 2024, Democrats leveraged the scandal politically, condemning Epstein’s crimes to highlight Republican inconsistencies, especially as Trump’s past ties to Epstein became a campaign issue.
Democrat-legacy media attacks on Trump and AG Pam Bondi began literally the day after Bondi appeared to fumble the messaging on the long-promised release of the “Epstein client list” and associated files on 7 July. Here are some of those attacks that magically began the day after.
July 8, 2025: House Judiciary Committee ranking member Jamie Raskin, along with 15 other Democrats including Dan Goldman, sent a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi demanding the release of Epstein files mentioning Trump. They accused the Justice Department of withholding these files to protect Trump from damaging disclosures, citing a since-deleted X post by Elon Musk claiming Trump’s presence in the files was the reason for non-disclosure. The letter also demanded the full, unredacted release of Jack Smith’s report on Trump’s alleged mishandling of classified documents.
July 10, 2025: House Judiciary Democrats, as noted in an X post by @kylegriffin1, reiterated their demand for Bondi to release both the Jack Smith report and any Epstein files mentioning Trump that they claimed were being withheld by the Justice Department and FBI.
July 13-14, 2025: Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) introduced an amendment to force a House vote on releasing unredacted Epstein files, as reported in X posts by @pr0ud_americans and @TheMaineWonk. Khanna emphasized transparency, suggesting the vote would reveal lawmakers’ stances and accused the Trump administration of blocking the release to protect elites. He co-sponsored this effort with Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY), gaining bipartisan support.
July 14, 2025: House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries publicly called for Trump to release the Epstein files, as highlighted in an X post by @DemocraticWins. Jeffries argued that Trump and his allies, including Pam Bondi, had fueled conspiracy theories about the files but were now withholding them, implying a cover-up. He stated, “Democrats didn’t put the Jeffrey Epstein thing into the public domain,” suggesting Trump’s actions were backfiring.
July 15, 2025: Rep. Ted Lieu (D-CA) posted on X, demanding that Bondi release the Epstein files and noted that already-released files frequently mention Trump, implying the administration was hiding additional information.
July 14, 2025: An X post by @ShadowofEzra noted that Democrats, including those who previously dismissed Epstein-related conspiracy theories, were now demanding the full client list and related files, suspecting Trump’s involvement and accusing him of a potential cover-up.
July 23, 2025: Rep. Summer Lee (D-PA) introduced a measure, supported by three House Republicans, to subpoena the Justice Department for the Epstein files, as reported by The Washington Post. Democrats aimed to capitalize on the issue, arguing that Trump’s refusal to release the files protected the rich and powerful, with House Speaker Mike Johnson accused of halting Congress to avoid a vote.
The timing of the newfound Democrat-media interest in the long-running Epstein scandal is particularly suspicious. The Democrats specialize in running psychological warfare campaigns to shape political narratives. The Trump-Russia collusion hoax is perhaps the most obvious long-running example. They led us down a path littered with their lies for eight long years with the result that 60% of Democrats still believed that hoax in a 14 July Rasmussen poll! Simply mind-boggling!
With the Epstein flipflop, they are attempting to distract from the existential threat to their Party posed by the gigantic Obamagate scandal that is being exposed by DNI Gabbard and soon by the new DoJ Task Force that will pour through the astonishing evidence that has been declassified.
CONCLUDING THOUGHTS
The DoJ messaging on the Epstein files got fouled up; whether that was by design or by accident remains unclear. It's still early. One thing for sure, the fallout smoked out some so-called MAGA influencers who immediately turned on the president and exposed themselves as more interested in grifting than furthering the astounding successes of the first six months of the Trump 2.0 presidency.
Is there anything incriminating in the evidence that can be released that is not under a judicial hold? Bondi is already asked a judge to break the seal (most people rabble-rousing for "release of the files" don't even know about these judicial rulings keeping the evidence secret). As predicted, that Obama-appointed judge in Florida refused to release the sealed files. No surprise there!
It is virtually certain that the Garland DoJ carefully scrubbed all the files during the four long years of the Biden regime to remove anything that might incriminate Democrats and left anything and everything there that incriminates Republicans (whether debunked/false or not). Does anyone seriously believe there's anything left in the evidence that incriminates any big-name Democrats like the Clintons? No way – except for perhaps some stuff incriminating a deceased Democrat or two like Bill Richardson who would be a sacrificial lamb for the Democrats.
The fact that Democrats and their media sycophants are suddenly clamoring for a release of the files confirms that fact. It wouldn't surprise me at all that Democrat operatives in DoJ/FBI concocted evidence to incriminate Republicans – even Trump – at least by innuendo. Like that despicable WSJ report that Trump has declared is false. If they fabricated a classified Intelligence Community Assessment and gaslit the nation on it for eight-plus years, why wouldn’t they have tried to pull the same gambit with the Epstein files? And why would MAGA Republicans simply want to "open the files" and let all that stuff come out because that plays into the Democrats gum-up-the-works strategy that is aimed at discrediting all of the personnel firings and reorganizations ongoing in DoJ and the FBI?
There should be a selective release of the evidence and a withholding of stuff that has already been determined to have been false/slanderous without evidence backing up the claims.
Let’s face it: any incriminating video evidence on big-name Democrats and donors is long gone. There was too much at stake for the Biden regime not to have gotten rid of it.
The rumors about Bondi/Patel/Bongino resigning and the media pressures on them to do so were all misdirection. If Trump wanted them gone due to screw-ups, they'd be long gone. Those rumors – denied by the principals – were also intended to discredit all the good stuff (including personnel purges and reorgs) that are happening in DoJ/FBI behind the scenes, not to mention some good prosecutions. And now we know that they've been working on a RICO/conspiracy case against the Russia collusion coup-conspirators and everything else since them. I can't wait for a few Florida grand jury indictments of some of the big-name perps because justice MUST be served on these people.
In conclusions, Epstein is a sideshow about which the Democrats would prefer us to be distracted instead of keeping our focus on Obamagate and the Trump 2.0 agenda. Give me the RICO indictments, more recission bills, trade deals, peace deals, and judicial appointments!
The end.
