Trump Receives Another Dose of Political Persecution from a Democrat Judge

On 26 September, a partisan Democrat judge in Manhattan determined that Donald Trump and his family business fraudulently inflated the value of his properties and other assets to obtain business licenses over the years. The decision paves the wave for Trump-hating New York State Attorney General Letitia James (who campaigned on a “get-Trump” by calling him a "con man" and ″carnival barker") to determine damages as she has been reduced to prosecuting (suing) Trump and his family for what amounts to a victimless non-crime.

A secondary goal appears to be to destroy Trump’s ability to do business in New York in the future because the judge ordered the cancellation of certificates that let some of Trump's businesses operate in New York, as well as the appointment of a receiver to manage the dissolution of those businesses.

The decision was made surrounding claims that Trump and his sons inflated net worth to suit their business needs over several years. A particular bone of contention revolves around the valuation of Trump’s 17-acre Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, with the implication that Trump et al are guilty of fraud.

The only fraud here is the court’s and that of the miscreant, Judge Engoron.

The value of the assets is for all practical purposes immaterial to obtaining a business license. Nothing except possibly the fee depends on it. Overstate the value of a business and one might pay a higher fee for the license. A street vendor selling hot dogs does not pay the same business license as Trump Towers. Trump had nothing to gain by exaggerating value – IF he did. And the city and/or state had nothing to lose. 

Therefore, without material gain by Trump or loss to anyone else, nor any effect upon the issuance of the license, there could be no fraud – even if he did exaggerate on the business license application!

This is akin to me stating my height at 6’2” and weight at 215 lbs. on my driver’s license application, when due to age, my height has stooped to 6’1” and my weight is 10 lbs. heavier. Whether I was inadvertently using old information or vainly trying to seem fitter makes no difference in the grand scheme of things. If I were to stand up straighter, I might reach 6’2” again, and if I got more exercise and cut out the draft beer, I could drop back to 215 lbs. (or less!). It is not fraud to be immaterially wrong on an application.

Any banker, insurer, CPA, credit analyst, investor, or other financial professional knows that (a) valuing real property is both art and science (ten appraisers will give you ten different values); (b) Bankers and insurers to whom the values DO matter obtain their OWN INDEPENDENT APPRAISALS (in this case, no bank or insurer filed a complaint; (c) Values rise and fall (pre-COVID values were higher than during COVID when property values in NYC dropped like a stone); and, (d) Someone at Trump’s level does not personally fill out those forms and paperwork. He relies on subordinates to come up with those figures. Most likely, they came from the company file from the latest (probably pre-Covid) appraisals, City Tax assessment values, etc.

There was no complaint lodged by anyone. This is all part of Letitia James’s long-running witch hunt against Donald Trump.. This charge/allegation came from the Stalinist confiscation and rifling thru ALL of Trump’s business records, including tax returns, loan documents, contracts, etc. – even business licenses applications! This sweep of all his records is utterly in violation of the 4th, 5th and 6th Amendments to the US Constitution (which, so SCOTUS has repeatedly ruled, apply to the States as well as to the Federal govt).

James and her band of gotcha Democrat lawyers had no probable cause – only a prejudiced belief that with so much property and so many deals, negotiations and contract involving so many laws and infinite regulations in tens of thousands of pages that there had to be a violation somewhere! And so they swept up all his papers and records and correspondence and tax returns and bank statements and applications while looking and searching for something, anything, somewhere that could be an error that could be inflated to the category of a bogus crime (i.e., fraud).

“Show me the man and I will show you the crime.” This is a quote from Lavrentiy Beria, head of Stalin’s notorious NKVD, who spearheaded Stalin’s purges, incarcerating, torturing, raping, murdering millions of suspected political opponents. The ghoulish Beria himself tortured, raped and murdered hundreds, if not thousands of victims.

Beria’s criminal mindset is alive in the fiendish minds of these rabid tyrants who are persecuting Trump and his associates. Even Trump’s lawyers are being similarly persecuted by Democrat prosecutors. These are the actions of communists, not democrats!

This is not politics. This is abject, widespread lawfare and deep criminality: a vast interlocking network of criminal interests involving the open border, drug cartels, sex and pedophile slave cartels, treasonous relationships with China, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Russia and Ukraine, massive kickbacks, bribery and money laundering of U.S. foreign aid – all the way down to state and city corruption of all kinds. And there are a LOT of people who are involved in the criminality!

The visible Democrat/communist hacks like Letitia James, Judge Engeron, Jack Smith, Fanni Willis, and the rest need to be prosecuted for their own crimes, including violating the constitutional rights of their targets, interfering with an election, and obstruction of justice. And those pulling their strings need to be tried for sedition, conspiracy, bribery, money-laundering, and other crimes.

Trillions of dollars are at stake in a world where people are routinely murdered for a gram of dope. Not to mention prison and possible executions for the truly guilty.

We are in serious trouble – perhaps the worst in our nation’s history.

Among the many reasons I support Trump over the rest of the Keebler elves is because of the raw evil stacked against him, his family, and his associates. And against us! Evil cannot be allowed to triumph. Period.
